ONCE YOUR PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED, THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW AUTHORITY WILL CONTACT YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS THEY MIGHT HAVE.
All Plans should have quality of workmanship and materials and must conform and harmonize with the external appearance of exterior surfaces. Project plans must be respectful of topography and effect of location and use on neighboring lots and drainage arrangements.
All CCR's; City of Keller building permits/codes; and the State of Texas Property Code must be observed.
