Selling or buying a home in our neighborhood? Please note: In June 2023, the HOA approved the addition of “Limitations on Renting Property” to the First Amended and Restated Declarations of Covenants. In short, it sets a twelve month occupancy rule before the property can be occupied by someone other than the buyer. This amendment may be viewed under the Bylaws, CCR's tab.

Need a Resale Certificate? [$300.00 FEE for certificate, $50 Transfer fee]. Requests must be in writing. Please provide:
1. Name of Seller
2. Address of Property
3. Name[s] of Buyer, Email addresse[s] and telephone number[s]
4. Statement as to whether the home will be owner occupied.
5. Closing Date
